Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Westbrook Mill Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Richmond, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
