Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Amberfield Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Boston region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for meter readings in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
