Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Vale Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
