Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Rivermark Ember Construction is a Boston contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
