Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Redstone Quill Facilities Group is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
