Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Pike Manufacturing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for tooling in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
