Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (remote)

Cedar Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
