Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Granite Property Management is a Raleigh property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
