Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Meadow Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
