Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 454 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
