Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Omaha, NE)

Nova Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
