Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Iron Property Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
