Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
