Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Sable Manufacturing is a New Orleans manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for tooling in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
