Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Miami area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
