Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Memphis, TN)

Bright Summit Property Management Group is a Memphis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
