Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Beacon Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
