Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
