Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
