Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
