Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
