Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Summit Property Management is a Indianapolis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
