Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of about 288 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
