Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Amber Property Management Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
