Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Ivory Facilities Group looks after properties across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
