Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Grand Rapids with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
