Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
