Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fresno, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
