Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Denver, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
