Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around Denver. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
