Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Oak Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Dallas. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
