Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Dallas, TX)

Summit Property Management Partners is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
