Silverline Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services.
