Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Nest Property Management manages apartment communities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
