Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
