Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Chicago, IL)

Summit Harbor Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Chicago region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for service connections in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
