Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Sable Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
