Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Basin Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Charlotte. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for field records in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
