Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Orchard Energy is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for outage response in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
