Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Boston. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
