Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Keystone Freight and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
