Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Iron Manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for tooling in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
