Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Birmingham, AL)

Amberfield Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Birmingham region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
