Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bright Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
