Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Birmingham, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our preventive maintenance. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for quality documentation in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
