Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline River Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
