Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lantern Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for treatment plant data in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
