Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on preventive maintenance for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
