Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be preventive maintenance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
