Maintenance Technician - preventive maintenance (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Beacon Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on preventive maintenance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
